After having played for 23 minutes, Valentin Serafo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Taller Urquiza FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Serafo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Gustavo Frasquito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31stth minute of the game Cristian Izotz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EL ROJO's Alfonso Blasi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Virgilio Salvadore during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 87th minute Gustavo Frasquito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Frederik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvestre Oihan hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Angelino Frederik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Frasquito in the 90th minute of the match. If Clemente Theodore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentin Serafo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfonso Blasi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Silvestre Oihan hit a great freekick 99 minutes into the match. Taller Urquiza FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
