Valentin Kelemen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Sadurni having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Jarill's Sebastian Frechoso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Clemente Sadurni narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aquiles Hondo charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aquiles Hondo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Clemente Sadurni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian Frechoso's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. A collision led to Saladillo FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Teodosio Peruanton hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rosendo Franco made a kick off. Baldomero Theobald showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Gregory in the 53rd minute of the match. Gabriel Gregory received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Baldomero Theobald tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Jarill's zone, Rosendo Franco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baldomero Theobald came out of the goal and Rosendo Franco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jarill's Baldomero Theobald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Gregory in the 60th minute of play. When Ubaldo Gombal fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jarill's protests and gave Ubaldo Gombal a yellow card for diving instead. In the 61st match minute, Jarill was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ubaldo Gombal to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Frechoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Sadurni having to interfere.
