Spectators: 7220 (Terracing: 5457, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 90) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After 5 played minutes Chañarmyo got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Salvator. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Nestor Brais managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chañarmyo's supporters rose to their feet, but Nestor Brais was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sergio Marko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sergio Marko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquiles Pabla in the 11th minute of play. If Aquiles Pabla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 21 played minutes Independiente got a freekick which was hit by Eloy Burutzagi. In the 22nd minute, Emiliano Madaleno sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Independiente's Sergio Marko didn't even have to move. Sergio Marko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Brais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Independiente's Ernesto Inocente was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 27th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Sergio Marko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Brais in the 30th minute of the match. Sergio Marko came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Chañarmyo's Aquiles Pabla. But to his dismay, Aquiles Pabla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gaston Cambranes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anibal Natanael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nestor Brais fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Marko having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aquiles Pabla got free with Sergio Marko in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Independiente fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Chañarmyo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
