Spectators: 7086 (Terracing: 5423, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Benigno Harri took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Jonas Gustau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 8 minutes into the game, Jáuregui's Segundo Ovando nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clemente Itzaina made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Benigno Harri fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jáuregui's protests and gave Benigno Harri a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Real Sporting Nicanor booed when Jáuregui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benigno Harri didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Real Sporting Nicanor's Filomeno Gonzalez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Niceto Montez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Jáuregui getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Diego Mon hit a great ball. After having played for 25 minutes, Segundo Ovando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jáuregui's supporters crossed their fingers, but Segundo Ovando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Segundo Ovando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Clemente Itzaina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Ladislao Erramu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonas Gustau blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Niceto Montez having to make a save. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonas Gustau to strike the kick off in the second half. Filomeno Gonzalez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Montez having to interfere. After 60 minutes, Ladislao Erramu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Sporting Nicanor and the Jáuregui players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Real Sporting Nicanor getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Ladislao Erramu hit a great ball. Clemente Itzaina was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Segundo Ovando capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Segundo Ovando really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Clemente Itzaina made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Segundo Ovando sent off a good shot on target. Clemente Itzaina came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Jáuregui's Segundo Ovando. But to his dismay, Segundo Ovando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Real Sporting Nicanor's Clemente Itzaina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Ovando in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Jonatan Mel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonas Gustau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Montez having to interfere. Segundo Ovando came free in the 90th minute and tried to tip the ball over Clemente Itzaina, but to the joy of Real Sporting Nicanor's supporters the ball went over. In the 91st minute, Benigno Harri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute, Evelio Ulizes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
