In the 12th match minute, Caroya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florentino Orlanda to maneuver through the defense. During the 20th minute of the match Florentino Orlanda completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Florentino Orlanda a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 20 played minutes Caroya got a freekick which was hit by Florentino Orlanda. 21 minutes into the match, Caroya's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Pacho came free, but Octavio Aritza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Caroya's Mateo Vistruario got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute Federico Chaime shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Aritza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orlando Ishmael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignacio Henric having to interfere. The supporters of Caroya booed when Suipacha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cayetano Urki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Orlando Ishmael recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Federico Chaime fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Aritza having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Federico Chaime made a kick off. If Orlando Ishmael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 59 minutes, Orlando Ishmael managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caroya's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Ishmael was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 61 minutes into the game, one of Suipacha:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 62nd minute there was a penalty for Caroya. Cristian Etxepare stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ignacio Henric. 1-0. Orlando Ishmael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignacio Henric having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Caroya's Amado Lizbeth got a free kick in the 67th minute. Federico Chaime sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niceto Pacho was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 78th minute. Suipacha's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. A collision led to Caroya getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Saul Astudillo hit a great ball. In the 88th minute Suipacha were awarded a corner. Angelo Lano went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Angelo Lano almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Caroya's Octavio Aritza did a great save. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Caroya fully deserved thier win.
