Silvestre Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. The supporters of Es Como Somos FC booed when Messianicos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Efren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Higinio Sazon hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Es Como Somos FC's Emiliano Amaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorio Oro in the 30th minute of play. Arnoldo Javiero came out of the goal and Eduardo Gizon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Es Como Somos FC's Gustavo Telmo got a free kick in the 42nd minute. 44 minutes into the match, Lino Sazon notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Es Como Somos FC's Emiliano Amaya. Emiliano Amaya was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Angel Estevez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnoldo Javiero having to make a save. The Es Como Somos FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Messianicos were winning 0-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lino Sazon made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Messianicos's zone, Eusebio Naelio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnoldo Javiero came out of the goal and Eusebio Naelio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnoldo Javiero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angel Estevez in the 54th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Florentino Urtungo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Es Como Somos FC's Emiliano Amaya. Emiliano Amaya was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Messianicos's Angel Bernaldo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emiliano Amaya. That made the score 0-3 after 78 minutes of play. Messianicos's Arnoldo Javiero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Estevez in the 82nd minute of play. Messianicos's Lino Sazon got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emiliano Amaya didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florentino Urtungo went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Messianicos walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
