Santiago Orlin came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Carrisito AFC's Modesto Tabb. But to his dismay, Modesto Tabb quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Robustiano Maura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santiago Orlin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Modesto Tabb, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 43rd minute, Marco Hegoi had to leave the field with a concussion. Maximo Macario charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maximo Macario the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Raimundo Oihan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Koldo having to interfere. Ciénega AFC's Raimundo Oihan got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Santiago Orlin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavino Esquipula in the 76th minute of play. Santiago Orlin made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Modesto Tabb sent off a good shot on target. Gavino Esquipula might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santiago Orlin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gavino Esquipula ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Oihan in the 89th minute of play forced Carrisito AFC's goalkeeper Serafin Koldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raimundo Oihan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Carrisito AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
