Melchor Maraman was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 8 minutes into the match, C.A. Sorajal's goal looked a bit too open when Tiburcio Ovando came free, but Cesar Jerano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonides Maureo hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute, Arturo Jatsu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melchor Maraman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benigno Michael in the 21st minute of the match. Cesar Jerano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Siro Erlantz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Marcial Pere managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A. Sorajal's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcial Pere was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melchor Maraman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 34th minute Benigno Michael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melchor Maraman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, C.A. Sorajal's Cesar Jerano got control of the ball when Siro Erlantz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tiburcio Ovando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Cesar Jerano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Siro Erlantz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 48th minute, Benigno Michael got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half C.A. Sorajal were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Tiburcio Ovando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Huanqueros's Tiburcio Ovando in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.A. After 72 played minutes Huanqueros got a freekick which was hit by Hermengildo Urbez. Guido Rubio charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guido Rubio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to C.A. Sorajal getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Guido Rubio hit a great ball. Huanqueros's Elpidio Indalecio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cesar Jerano in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Tiburcio Ovando kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Siro Erlantz scored 1-1 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cesar Jerano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
