Spectators: 6674 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1674, VIP seats: 0) Omar Rosio made the kick off and thus started the match. Resistencia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Marcial Paublo scored to the left of an out of position Bernardino Cisco, making the score, 1-0. In the 10th minute Marcial Paublo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardino Cisco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ariel Giraldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Celedonio Tabor's late challenge caught a Lnch's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celedonio Tabor helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 15 minutes, Ariel Giraldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lnch's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ariel Giraldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 19th match minute, Resistencia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celedonio Tabor to maneuver through the defense. Marcial Paublo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 30 played minutes Lnch got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Sabino. 35 minutes into the match, Resistencia's Omar Rosio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Romeo Urdin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marcial Paublo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 47th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcial Paublo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcelo Tolino during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Marcial Paublo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Placido Cloyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Urdin having to interfere. Serafin Sabino hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Omar Rosio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ariel Giraldo in the 69th minute of play forced Resistencia's goalkeeper Bernardino Cisco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ariel Giraldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernardino Cisco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcial Paublo, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute Marcial Paublo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardino Cisco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardino Cisco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ariel Giraldo in the 75th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Zeledon Jon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Serafin Sabino kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. With a little luck, Lnch's Romeo Urdin got control of the ball when Placido Cloyo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Romeo Urdin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Rosio in the 88th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the game, Eliseo Paul was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lnch's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Resistencia the free kick. Eliseo Paul kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Romeo Urdin made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Placido Cloyo sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Omar Rosio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Resistencia's supporters rose to their feet, but Omar Rosio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romeo Urdin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 96 minutes in the game, Placido Cloyo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Romeo Urdin having to interfere.
