After 5 minutes of play, Cora's Celestino Quintana made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvio Marko was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gogo Harri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Reyes in the 14th minute of the match. When Celestino Quintana came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Cora fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celestino Quintana couldn't finish the play. Leo Javiar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Gogo Harri made a huge save. Gogo Harri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Reyes, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Leo Javiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Gogo Harri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celestino Quintana in the 30th minute of play forced Euscadi AFC's goalkeeper Silvio Marko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leo Javiar made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 31stth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Gogo Harri would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. 39 minutes into the match, Celestino Quintana had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvio Marko. Euscadi AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celestino Quintana was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 45 minutes into the match, Cora's Raimundo Bertin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silvio Marko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Maximiliano Reyes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Cora were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Celestino Quintana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Euscadi AFC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Teo Tab hit a great ball. Silvio Marko acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 54th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Victorio Bizi. Silvio Marko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celestino Quintana's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Cora's Celestino Quintana got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cora's Gogo Harri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Reyes in the 71st minute of play. In the 75th minute, Leo Javiar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gogo Harri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Javiar in the 77th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celestino Quintana in the 80th minute of play forced Euscadi AFC's goalkeeper Silvio Marko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raimundo Bertin during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 90th minute Maximiliano Reyes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gogo Harri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Cora getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Isaac Inautzi hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Euscadi AFC's Teo Tab tried to score from far away in the 92nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Leo Javiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cora's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
