With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anastasio Gipuzkoa in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristo Pinto saved Brete from getting behind. In the 21st minute Anastasio Gipuzkoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Pinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ignacio Manuelo during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th minute, Ignacio Manuelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximino Mendebal struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. David Seguinus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brete. In the 38th minute, Maximino Mendebal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Seguinus was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Cristo Pinto didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 44th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anastasio Gipuzkoa to strike the kick off in the second half. Cristobal Norino in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of David Seguinus, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cristobal Norino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Brete getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Ricardo Osoro hit a great ball. In the 64th match minute, Brete was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Osoro to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute of the match Honorato Galeno sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristo Pinto skillfully saved the ball. Cecilio Eutor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Pinto having to interfere. Cecilio Eutor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Cristo Pinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristo Pinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anastasio Gipuzkoa in the 72nd minute of play. Ricardo Osoro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maximino Mendebal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. David Seguinus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cecilio Eutor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute, Anacleto Natanael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute, Maximino Mendebal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anastasio Gipuzkoa in the 94th minute of play forced Brete's goalkeeper Cristo Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
