Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Justino Noe took the kick off in the first half of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Concepción FC's goal looked a bit too open when Justino Noe came free, but Ildefonso Cesario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Concepción FC's Raul Lucila slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Haroldo Vigil. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. If Justino Noe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Barborín FC's Haroldo Vigil got control of the ball when Raul Lucila tried to sneak it across the goal line. Haroldo Vigil made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Raul Lucila sent off a good shot on target. Haroldo Vigil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Araoz in the 27th minute of the match. After having played for 32 minutes, Angel Umbruso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barborín FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angel Umbruso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Saverio Araoz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Haroldo Vigil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Araoz in the 44th minute of the match. When Justino Noe came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Barborín FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Justino Noe couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Haroldo Vigil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Lucila, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Barborín FC's Jaime Romo got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Haroldo Vigil showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Delmiro Cresconio, 77 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.
