In the 5th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Tamulewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 10th minute of play forced H E P T A N FC's goalkeeper Herbert Tamulewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Takacs Tibor got a free kick in the 12th minute. Herbert Tamulewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. H E P T A N FC's Herbert Tamulewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 15th minute of play. Şafak Açıkalın could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. A collision led to H E P T A N FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Kuzey Ustam hit a great ball. Balazs Lajos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Tamulewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to H E P T A N FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Gürsel Küdüs hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the game, Macit Taşel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Fodor Daniel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 37 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Boros Benedek. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vörös Henrik in the 40th minute of play forced H E P T A N FC's goalkeeper Herbert Tamulewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Herbert Tamulewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute of the match, Macit Taşel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fodor Daniel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 47th minute H E P T A N FC were awarded a corner. Atabey Ökten went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on H E P T A N FC's corner Macit Taşel fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fodor Daniel quite easily take care of the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. Gürsel Küdüs kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Herbert Tamulewicz made a huge save. In the 56th minute Yu Xi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yu Xi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Herbert Tamulewicz in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yu Xi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind H E P T A N FC's goalkeeper Herbert Tamulewicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by H E P T A N FC's Yu Xi. But to his dismay, Yu Xi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Herbert Tamulewicz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Balazs Lajos in the 84th minute. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after H E P T A N FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Takacs Tibor managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The supporters of Hungary booed when H E P T A N FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aykut Zihni didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes into the match, H E P T A N FC's goalkeeper Herbert Tamulewicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna.
