With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucio Etxeberri in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eliseo Ipar saved Lomitas FC from getting behind. When Hernández's Lucio Etxeberri in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lomitas FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucio Etxeberri in the 26th minute of play forced Lomitas FC's goalkeeper Eliseo Ipar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Hernández's Donato Eli in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lomitas FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Modestio in the 28th minute of play forced Lomitas FC's goalkeeper Eliseo Ipar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Ipar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucio Etxeberri's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Lomitas FC's Eliseo Ipar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Etxeberri in the 32nd minute of play. Eliseo Ipar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Etxeberri, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. If Lucio Etxeberri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliseo Ipar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Eli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucio Etxeberri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseo Ipar having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Lomitas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Eli came free, but Eliseo Ipar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rosendo Tabb made a kick off. Donato Eli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucio Etxeberri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Eliseo Ipar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Hernández's Donato Eli in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lomitas FC's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Hernández's Lucio Etxeberri slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eliseo Ipar. That made the score 0-1 after 60 minutes of play. In the 62nd match minute, Hernández was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Eli to maneuver through the defense. Lucio Etxeberri struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Eliseo Ipar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hernández. With an all-out effort, Hernández's Eliseo Ipar threw himself towards the right post 67 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lucio Etxeberri, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 68th match minute, Lomitas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gervasio Elija to maneuver through the defense. Hernández's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Angel Calvino in the 71st minute. The corner led Hernández's Angel Calvino to fire away a dangerous shot which Eliseo Ipar despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Eliseo Ipar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucio Etxeberri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliseo Ipar didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Hernández's Donato Eli shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Eliseo Ipar came out of the goal and Lucio Etxeberri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Donato Eli struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Eliseo Ipar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hernández. Hernández's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
