The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Braulio Ixaka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. Evaristo Onbera in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mariano Rudolfo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Inocencio Cebrian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Mariano Rudolfo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 17 played minutes Tabay AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eustacio Nisio. Mariano Rudolfo made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Evaristo Onbera sent off a good shot on target. In the 20th minute, Inocencio Cebrian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tabay AFC's Mariano Rudolfo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inocencio Cebrian in the 27th minute of play. La Cirrosis's Erubiel Estefan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Braulio Ixaka in the 33rd minute of play. Astor Dubardo hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Evaristo Onbera might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mariano Rudolfo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Evaristo Onbera ran back to his position shaking his head. La Cirrosis's Erubiel Estefan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Braulio Ixaka in the 42nd minute of play. Mariano Rudolfo was a little too slow when Inocencio Cebrian got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 1-0. With a little luck, Tabay AFC's Mariano Rudolfo got control of the ball when Evaristo Onbera tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Inocencio Cebrian to strike the kick off in the second half. Evaristo Onbera took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mariano Rudolfo. Mariano Rudolfo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After having played for 63 minutes, Claudio Heli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tabay AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudio Heli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Inocencio Cebrian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evaristo Onbera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Braulio Ixaka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mariano Rudolfo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Onbera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Inocencio Cebrian in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mariano Rudolfo saved Tabay AFC from getting behind. Inocencio Cebrian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Mariano Rudolfo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Cebrian in the 93rd minute of play forced Tabay AFC's goalkeeper Mariano Rudolfo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The La Cirrosis fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tabay AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
