They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Herminio Sergi to make the kick off. In the 74th minute, Morillo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Freddy Cefero fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Victorio Todor made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Rodrigo Castulo sent off a good shot on target. Rodrigo Castulo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Victorio Todor made a huge save. If Rodrigo Castulo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rodrigo Castulo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorio Todor having to interfere. Freddy Cefero in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Victorio Todor, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Herminio Sergi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. Freddy Cefero who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 98thth minute tested the skills of Victorio Todor when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
