Rumiyaco AFC's attentive Santos Mendiko managed to snatch the ball when Antonio Bilbo made a throw-in in the 13th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Jobson AFC's zone, Jorge Galtero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severiano Clemencin came out of the goal and Jorge Galtero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amancio Todor charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amancio Todor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 24 played minutes Jobson AFC got a freekick which was hit by Amancio Todor. When Haroldo Sazon came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Jobson AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haroldo Sazon couldn't finish the play. Fermin Rosio hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 38th minute by Haroldo Sazon got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Amancio Todor did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Carlos Admon 38 minutes into the match. Herminio Playo kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. Severiano Clemencin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Llorian in the 75th minute of play. Arturo Llorian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Severiano Clemencin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Jobson AFC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Antonio Bilbo hit a great ball. Herminio Playo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matias Hondo hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the match, Rumiyaco AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Amancio Todor came free, but Carlos Admon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes into the game, Fermin Rosio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jobson AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rumiyaco AFC the free kick. The supporters of Rumiyaco AFC booed when Jobson AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benigno Peio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rumiyaco AFC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Jobson AFC had won, even though Rumiyaco AFC had held more of the ball.
