Abel Fiz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Hector Teyo made a huge save. Abel Fiz struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Hector Teyo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mussi. Mateo Jacindo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Teyo having to interfere. If Abel Fiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Realco FC's goalkeeper Hector Teyo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Realco FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Abel Fiz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Mateo Jacindo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mussi's supporters rose to their feet, but Mateo Jacindo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hector Teyo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Realco FC's Hector Teyo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Realco FC from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Herminio Quin to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Abel Fiz sped through Realco FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hector Teyo. Hector Teyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateo Hernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Mussi's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
