Pozuelos AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Pozuelos AFC's Mateo Frances sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edgard Goito narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Carahuasi 's zone, Dalmacio Jordy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgard Goito came out of the goal and Dalmacio Jordy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Dalmacio Jordy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, Pozuelos AFC's Dalmacio Jordy dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 28th minute, Dionisio Txema got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Mateo Frances managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pozuelos AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mateo Frances was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgard Goito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carahuasi 's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Dalmacio Jordy scored to the left of an out of position Edgard Goito, making the score, 2-0. After having played for 37 minutes, Mateo Frances managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pozuelos AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mateo Frances was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guaberto Urtzi kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Matias Rito's late challenge caught a Carahuasi 's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matias Rito helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Pozuelos AFC's Matias Rito got a free kick in the 61st minute. Pozuelos AFC's Delmar Hibai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Pozuelos AFC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dionisio Txema got free with Delmar Hibai in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Carahuasi booed when Pozuelos AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fulgencio Bartuelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mateo Frances hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Pozuelos AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
