Haroldo Mikolas took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zeledon Eguen. Zeledon Eguen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvestre Aureo during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 12 played minutes Escriña AFC got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Aureo. Haroldo Mikolas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Zeledon Eguen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luisito Ibon kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Haroldo Mikolas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Eguen having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Haroldo Mikolas made a precise shot to the right of Zeledon Eguen. Escriña AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After having played for 30 minutes, Andres Madaleno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Raulet FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andres Madaleno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Escriña AFC defense, Andres Madaleno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zeledon Eguen. The Escriña AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zeledon Eguen should have stopped the shot. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Escriña AFC's goalkeeper Zeledon Eguen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Raulet FC booed when Escriña AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartolo Havier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Cutberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Andres Madaleno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Zeledon Eguen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Raulet FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Haroldo Mikolas to make the kick off. Escriña AFC's Zeledon Eguen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Escriña AFC from getting a goal against them. Andres Madaleno struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Zeledon Eguen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Raulet FC. Zeledon Eguen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo Mikolas, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. When Raulet FC's Haroldo Mikolas in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Escriña AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Inocencio Abaunza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justino Eron having to interfere. Escriña AFC's Zeledon Eguen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Mikolas in the 70th minute of play. Zeledon Eguen came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Raulet FC's Andres Madaleno. But to his dismay, Andres Madaleno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. If Andres Madaleno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Haroldo Mikolas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 84th minute, Haroldo Mikolas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zeledon Eguen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. 88 minutes into the match, Escriña AFC's goalkeeper Zeledon Eguen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andres Madaleno. Haroldo Mikolas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zeledon Eguen came out and tried to block the shot, but Haroldo Mikolas slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 92nd minute. Andres Madaleno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Eguen having to interfere. Raulet FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
