Nereo Suero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 29 minutes into the match, Ladislao Nastasio notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Atlanta FC's Nereo Suero. Nereo Suero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Atlanta FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Lavalle AFC's Ladislao Nastasio got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Ariando in the 79th minute of play forced Lavalle AFC's goalkeeper Herminio Alonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
