Spectators: 7274 (Terracing: 5457, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Matias Gitano made the kick off which started today's match. 5 minutes into the match, Atlético Nicolas's Matias Gitano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gonzalo Pabla narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 8thth minute of the game Blas Montes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Charruas's Gonzalo Pabla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 11th match minute, Los Charruas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Elequemedo to maneuver through the defense. In the 13thth minute of the game Matias Gitano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Charruas's Gonzalo Pabla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 15th minute, Matias Gitano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético Nicolas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Blas Montes sped through Los Charruas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gonzalo Pabla. Blas Montes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelo Chepe in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gonzalo Pabla saved Los Charruas from getting behind. 28 minutes into the match, Los Charruas's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Gitano came free, but Gonzalo Pabla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Matias Gitano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Nicolas's supporters rose to their feet, but Matias Gitano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gonzalo Pabla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gonzalo Pabla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Gitano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Blas Montes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Roman Elequemedo hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. 49 minutes into the match, Matias Gitano notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Los Charruas's Gonzalo Pabla. Gonzalo Pabla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlos Estevon made a kick off. Matias Gitano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Blas Montes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Gonzalo Pabla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 62 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Los Charruas! The goalkeeper, Gonzalo Pabla, was totally fooled by Atlético Nicolas's Eugenio Felipillo, who 63 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Blas Montes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 71 minutes, Matias Gitano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Nicolas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matias Gitano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gonzalo Pabla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Gitano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Nicolas's zone, Carlos Estevon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haroldo Iyan came out of the goal and Carlos Estevon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 83 minutes into the game, Felix Garaile was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atlético Nicolas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Charruas the free kick. The supporters of Los Charruas booed when Atlético Nicolas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Garaile didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Estevon struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Haroldo Iyan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Charruas. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcos Xabel during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 90th minute, one of Los Charruas:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Los Charruas. Eugenio Felipillo shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Blas Montes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 101st minute. Gonzalo Pabla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
