Cachete FC's Claudio Gabino got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Cachete FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Carlos Cutberto hit a great ball. If Gualterio Cordeara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Rodeo's Rene Isaio got a free kick in the 15th minute. Rodeo's Silvio Nayely played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gualterio Cordeara in the 22nd minute of play. Cristian Mogel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciriaco Dantel, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Alfredo Laurin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 27 minutes, Alfredo Laurin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rodeo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Laurin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gualterio Cordeara struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Silvio Nayely didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cachete FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Ciriaco Dantel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rodeo's supporters rose to their feet, but Ciriaco Dantel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristian Mogel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlos Cutberto hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Alfredo Laurin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Cristian Mogel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Claudio Gabino to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Gabino in the 52nd minute of play forced Rodeo's goalkeeper Silvio Nayely to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Silvio Nayely successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpected shot in the 63rd minute by Gualterio Cordeara got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Cachete FC's Claudio Gabino was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 63rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Gualterio Cordeara sped through Rodeo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Silvio Nayely. Carlos Cutberto kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Angel Quiroga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gualterio Cordeara got free with Silvio Nayely in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Claudio Gabino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Silvio Nayely came out and tried to block the shot, but Claudio Gabino slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 77th minute. Rodeo's Silvio Nayely played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Gabino in the 82nd minute of play. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Cachete FC's Claudio Gabino in the 83rd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Silvio Nayely was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Rodeo through an amazing save. Silvio Nayely was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Claudio Gabino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-7 in the 87 minute of play. Cachete FC's attack was well implemented in the 90th minute, but when Gualterio Cordeara was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. After a defensive mix-up in Rodeo's zone, Claudio Gabino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvio Nayely came out of the goal and Claudio Gabino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gualterio Cordeara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Silvio Nayely tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cachete FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
