In the 11th minute, Orlando Truylos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Braulio Vimaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justo Quico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orlando Truylos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Braulio Vimaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Justo Quico in the 15th minute. Braulio Vimaro made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Orlando Truylos sent off a good shot on target. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Braulio Vimaro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Orlando Truylos succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 20th playminute. After 23 minutes of play, Mataldi's Claudio Rosalio made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Orlondon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Justo Quico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Vimaro having to interfere. If Orlando Truylos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mataldi's goalkeeper Braulio Vimaro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orlando Truylos got free with Braulio Vimaro in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Braulio Vimaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justo Quico in the 36th minute of play. When Ninalquín's Orlando Truylos, in the 38th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Ninalquín. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Justo Quico in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Braulio Vimaro saved Mataldi from getting behind. In the 43rd minute, Orlando Truylos made a precise shot to the right of Braulio Vimaro. Mataldi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Carmelo Damario charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carmelo Damario the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Mataldi's Carmelo Damario got a free kick in the 46th minute. In the 49th minute of the match Ninalquín got a corner. Mataldi's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Anier Fidencio ran over to the corner to take the kick. 50 minutes into the game, Lucio Eudoxio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mataldi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ninalquín the free kick. In the 51st minute there was a penalty for Ninalquín. Anier Fidencio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Braulio Vimaro. 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

In the 59th minute Justo Quico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braulio Vimaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th play minute Claudio Rosalio came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Julio Orlondon. 3-2. Orlando Truylos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Vimaro having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Mataldi's goal looked a bit too open when Justo Quico came free, but Braulio Vimaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herminio Inguma charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Herminio Inguma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Mataldi's Herminio Inguma got a free kick in the 75th minute. Braulio Vimaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Truylos in the 76th minute of play. Feliciano Aureo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Julio Orlondon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Rafael Etxatxu fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ninalquín's protests and gave Rafael Etxatxu a yellow card for diving instead. Rafael Etxatxu kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Orlando Truylos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Vimaro having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Truylos in the 94th minute of play forced Mataldi's goalkeeper Braulio Vimaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 98th minute Silverio Bikendi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braulio Vimaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 98 played minutes Mataldi got a freekick which was hit by Feliciano Aureo. Hector Erauso made a great header on Ninalquín's corner, it was just that Mataldi's Braulio Vimaro managed to reach the ball for a save. Ninalquín walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
