When Genaro Gutxi came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Moreno AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Genaro Gutxi couldn't finish the play. Moreno AFC's Ermegildo Cambranes got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Moreno AFC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Lino Jakes hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute Igor Weterio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafino Berart saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Genaro Gutxi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Purotrozo's Ciriaco Gartxot got a free kick in the 25th minute. Genaro Gutxi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 32nd playminute. Serafino Berart made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Roldanillo in the 35th minute of play. Armando Roldanillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honorato Noe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermegildo Cambranes in the 43rd minute of play. Armando Roldanillo struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Serafino Berart didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Purotrozo.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ermegildo Cambranes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hector Columbo during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hector Columbo kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Armando Roldanillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Serafino Berart made a huge save. Deportivo Purotrozo's Armando Roldanillo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 85th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Moreno AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Deportivo Purotrozo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
