Spectators: 6778 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1633, VIP seats: 145) Jonatan Avellaneda started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Club Villa Domínico's Sergio Orlan got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonatan Avellaneda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Eliseo Tercero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laureano Oskitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Club Villa Domínico's Eliseo Tercero got control of the ball when Laureano Oskitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Club Villa Domínico's Matias Evarado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Inocencio Barto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Laureano Oskitz struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Eliseo Tercero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stephenson AFC. Matias Evarado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Inocencio Barto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jonatan Avellaneda came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Stephenson AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonatan Avellaneda couldn't finish the play. In the 37th minute, Laureano Oskitz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stephenson AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 46th minute Sergio Orlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Barto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sergio Orlan made a kick off. Eliseo Tercero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgard Tristan's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. When Matias Evarado came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Club Villa Domínico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matias Evarado couldn't finish the play. 59 minutes into the match, Stephenson AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Orlan came free, but Inocencio Barto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denis Crispo hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 69th minute by Matias Evarado got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Matias Evarado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Inocencio Barto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matias Evarado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Sergio Orlan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stephenson AFC's Inocencio Barto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergio Orlan in the 81st minute of play. Inocencio Barto made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Matias Evarado sent off a good shot on target. Edgardo Petri hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 98th minute Stephenson AFC were awarded a corner. Sebastian Perico went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Stephenson AFC's Sebastian Perico to fire away a dangerous shot which Eliseo Tercero despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Stephenson AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
