In the 4th minute Leandro Sidro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Sugar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gavino Mikeldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Constantino Tercero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Cirilo Sauveur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cirilo Sauveur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantino Tercero, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Cirilo Sauveur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantino Tercero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cirilo Sauveur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Mikeldi in the 23rd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Muñecas AFC's Leandro Sidro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Epifanio Sugar. That made the score 1-0 after 32 minutes of play. Cirilo Sauveur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavino Mikeldi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Epifanio Sugar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leandro Sidro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 42 minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gavino Mikeldi to strike the kick off in the second half. Gavino Mikeldi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Sauveur having to interfere. If Constantino Tercero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gavino Mikeldi in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cirilo Sauveur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ruben Naike recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Epifanio Sugar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Sidro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cirilo Sauveur was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Constantino Tercero showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 79 minute of play. Constantino Tercero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute of the match, Gavino Mikeldi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cirilo Sauveur saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a defensive mix-up in Muñecas AFC's zone, Gavino Mikeldi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cirilo Sauveur came out of the goal and Gavino Mikeldi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Epifanio Sugar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Naike in the 96th minute of play. Muñecas AFC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Curhuani had controlled the match.
