Dionisio Ramos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dionisio Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Dino in the 30th minute of play. Mercedes AFC's Eustaquio Eusko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Mercedes AFC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Mercedes AFC's Eustaquio Eusko got control of the ball when Rigoberto Abaurre tried to sneak it across the goal line. Diego Isadore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Ramos having to interfere. The Malligasta AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mercedes AFC were winning 0-3.

A hard shot 53 in the game by Ignacio Mercurio from a close distance when the talented Dionisio Ramos managed to make a qualified save. Malligasta AFC's players were relieved. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Aristides Dino took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Dionisio Ramos to make any attempt to save it. An unexpected shot in the 63rd minute by Diego Isadore got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 68th minute, Diego Isadore fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post.
