The tension between the Sepulturas and the Burruyacú AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sepulturas getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. After 25 minutes, Ermegildo Libertad mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Burruyacú AFC and the Sepulturas players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Burruyacú AFC's Ermegildo Libertad got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute, Saturnino Salvino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Saturnino Salvino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Ederono having to interfere. With a little luck, Burruyacú AFC's Jacobo Ederono got control of the ball when Gogo Domenec tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gregorio Lekubegi took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gavino Sugoi. Gavino Sugoi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Saturnino Salvino to strike the kick off in the second half. Gavino Sugoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregorio Lekubegi, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 59 minutes into the game, Marcos Laurgain was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Burruyacú AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sepulturas the free kick. In the 63rd minute, one of Sepulturas:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sepulturas. The crowd rose to their feet as Burruyacú AFC's Gregorio Lekubegi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gavino Sugoi. That made the score 0-3 after 69 minutes of play. 83 minutes into the match, Sepulturas's goalkeeper Gavino Sugoi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Prudencio Crispo. Sepulturas's Gogo Domenec got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Gabriel Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the match, Burruyacú AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Saturnino Salvino came free, but Jacobo Ederono reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Gregorio Lekubegi came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Burruyacú AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gregorio Lekubegi couldn't finish the play. Prudencio Crispo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavino Sugoi having to interfere. Burruyacú AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
