Cayetano Guib fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santiago Florian having to interfere. Santiago Florian made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Benigno Chico sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd minute Moises Gartxot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Florian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moises Gartxot in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santiago Florian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Conrado Seme stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The corner led Pirulines's Prudencio Darien to fire away a dangerous shot which Fabio Cordearo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Pirulines's Santiago Florian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Gartxot in the 57th minute of play. If Cayetano Guib had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Benigno Chico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute of the match, Conrado Seme tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fabio Cordearo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Cayetano Guib sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Lucas Artaldo fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pirulines's protests and gave Lucas Artaldo a yellow card for diving instead. Lucas Artaldo hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Pirulines's Santiago Florian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Gartxot in the 78th minute of play. If Cayetano Guib had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Pirulines defense, Moises Gartxot kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Santiago Florian. The Pirulines fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Santiago Florian should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayetano Guib in the 92nd minute of play forced Pirulines's goalkeeper Santiago Florian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Moises Gartxot's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santiago Florian was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cayetano Guib in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal.
