Faustino Clementi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodolfo Panpili read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fulgencio Astigar to strike the kick off in the second half. Rodolfo Panpili showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faustino Clementi in the 55th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute of the match Benito Venceslas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rodolfo Panpili skillfully saved the ball. In the 65thth minute of the game Faustino Clementi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carlos Alcantara Roma FC's Rodolfo Panpili was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Faustino Clementi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vicente Lastur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rodolfo Panpili didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vicente Lastur went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Julia Sofia F.C.'s goalkeeper Miguel Martxot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
