Claraz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Freddy Maiorga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Zapla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Freddy Maiorga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucas Clodio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Maiorga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Freddy Maiorga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucas Clodio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Lucas Clodio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niceto Berriotxoa's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. 83 minutes into the match, Niceto Berriotxoa notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Claraz's Lucas Clodio. Lucas Clodio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
