Leopoldo Claris stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alejo Tono's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Enoshima FC's Alejo Tono sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leopoldo Claris narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 14 minutes into the game, Alejo Tono cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Leopoldo Claris was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Prudencio Nesto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leopoldo Claris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Tono, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andres Meder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Ermitamax Futbol Club's zone, Alejo Tono stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leopoldo Claris came out of the goal and Alejo Tono tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 33 minutes into the game, Enoshima FC's Melquiades Larpe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leopoldo Claris made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Leopoldo Claris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejo Tono, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alejo Tono made a kick off. Andres Meder hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute of the match, Melquiades Larpe got a very nice opportunity to score, but Leopoldo Claris was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Enoshima FC's Alejo Tono in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Andres Meder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alejo Tono sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enoshima FC's Melquiades Larpe got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Melquiades Larpe was extremely unlucky when he, in the 99th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The Enoshima FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Enoshima FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
