Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lucio Salvator started the match with the kick off. Gerardo Lesardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Gregorio Arlo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Damian Matai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in GreenLeaf FC's zone, Damian Matai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santiago Celino came out of the goal and Damian Matai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucio Salvator in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santiago Celino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Carnerillo booed when GreenLeaf FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Shantala didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 26 played minutes GreenLeaf FC got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Sendoa. In a very dangerous position, a player in Carnerillo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! In the 37th minute, GreenLeaf FC's Gerardo Lesardo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. If Gerardo Lesardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximo Shantala kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gerardo Lesardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Diego Remigio managed to get in a good position for a shot. GreenLeaf FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Diego Remigio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gregorio Arlo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gregorio Arlo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gerardo Lesardo's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Carnerillo's Gregorio Arlo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Eliazar in the 60th minute of play. Gregorio Arlo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Eliazar in the 62nd minute of play. If Gerardo Lesardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gregorio Arlo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Eliazar in the 69th minute of the match. Gerardo Lesardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregorio Arlo having to interfere. Gregorio Arlo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaston Eliazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th match minute, Carnerillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Ekialde to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute, Gaston Eliazar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gregorio Arlo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Gaston Eliazar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gregorio Arlo having to make a save. Gerardo Lesardo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gregorio Arlo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. In the 89thth minute of the game Gerardo Lesardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carnerillo's Gregorio Arlo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaston Eliazar in the 94th minute of play forced Carnerillo's goalkeeper Gregorio Arlo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
