The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonas Amaya got free with Emilio Gil in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 7th minute, Jonas Amaya left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boinas Pretorianas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Domingo Edur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorino Azeari in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Gonza in the 20th minute of play forced Polvaredas's goalkeeper Emilio Gil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodosio Gonza scored 2-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emilio Gil, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Polvaredas's Emilio Gil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Amaya in the 70th minute of play. Edelmiro Txeru hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Domingo Edur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorino Azeari in the 76th minute of play. In the 80th minute Jonas Amaya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Gil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victorino Azeari's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Domingo Edur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Silvio Montay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Boinas Pretorianas's Domingo Edur got control of the ball when Edelmiro Txeru tried to sneak it across the goal line. Polvaredas's Emilio Gil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodosio Gonza in the 90th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Boinas Pretorianas's Teodosio Gonza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emilio Gil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Polvaredas's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
