Saturnino Navarro came out of the goal and Rosendo Jobo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 8 minutes into the game, Fabio Francho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Angelino Quintin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Angelino Quintin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatan Hori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rosendo Jobo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 23rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 23 minutes into the match, Ipisca FC's goalkeeper Saturnino Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvano Naike. Silvano Naike could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Saturnino Navarro made a huge save. Rosendo Jobo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 34 played minutes Ipisca FC got a freekick which was hit by Jimeno Pueblo. Fabio Francho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Angelino Quintin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvano Naike's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Saturnino Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. When Fabio Francho came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Ipisca FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabio Francho couldn't finish the play. Amado Ruisko took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Saturnino Navarro. Ipisca FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Prospero Gil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Prospero Gil stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Fitarruín's Reynaldo Quintana got a free kick in the 52nd minute. With a little luck, Fitarruín's Angelino Quintin got control of the ball when Fabio Francho tried to sneak it across the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Fabio Francho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Fabio Francho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Angelino Quintin made a huge save. The Ipisca FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ipisca FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
