A collision led to Niguil getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Angel Marquez hit a great ball. The long shot by Fausto Abeitia in the 27th minute really tested Bruno Cordarin's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Tomas Raitin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lázaro Franco in the 30th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lázaro Franco in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomas Raitin saved Coloma from getting behind. If Lázaro Franco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niguil's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
