Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edelmiro Gines started the match with the kick off. When Osvaldo Domiku came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Club Atlético Lanus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldo Domiku couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Club Atlético Lanus booed when Las chiclanas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedicto Elodio didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Jose Nesor managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Club Atlético Lanus's Osvaldo Domiku fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jose Nesor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Bidari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edelmiro Gines fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas George having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Osvaldo Domiku ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jose Nesor was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 29th minute, Club Atlético Lanus's Sergio Bidari dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Osvaldo Domiku recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute, one of Las chiclanas:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Las chiclanas. When the match had been going on for 42 minutes, Club Atlético Lanus's Honorato Gorka got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jose Nesor. Club Atlético Lanus's Blas George played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Salvidor in the 47th minute of play.

The wind increased when Sergio Bidari made the kick off in the second half. Sergio Bidari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sergio Bidari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Jose Nesor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Leonel Bixintxo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jose Nesor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sergio Bidari's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Las chiclanas's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Domiku came free, but Jose Nesor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Las chiclanas's Benedicto Elodio got a free kick in the 73rd minute. If Sergio Bidari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Club Atlético Lanus's Osvaldo Domiku in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Las chiclanas's goalie prevented a goal. Sergio Bidari struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Jose Nesor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético Lanus. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Lanus's Osvaldo Domiku got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 90th minute, Osvaldo Domiku ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jose Nesor was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. The supporters of Las chiclanas booed when Club Atlético Lanus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dionisio Vachon didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Adrian Salvidor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Blas George. Club Atlético Lanus's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adrian Salvidor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. When the referee ended the match the Club Atlético Lanus players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
