Tocomadera's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AZUQUECA the free kick. In the 5th match minute, Tocomadera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Sidoro to maneuver through the defense. Roque Hever kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Reynaldo Gimenez made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Eriberto Ellande sent off a good shot on target. 12 minutes into the match, AZUQUECA's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Sidoro came free, but Reynaldo Gimenez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauro Qwinton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ladislao Cordarell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nemesio Rafel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ladislao Cordarell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Chap, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nemesio Rafel in the 22nd minute of play forced Tocomadera's goalkeeper Ladislao Cordarell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Nemesio Rafel notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Tocomadera's Ladislao Cordarell. The penalty shot was made by Fernando Matai, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tocomadera's Ladislao Cordarell. 0-2. After 38 minutes, Froilan Dominic mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AZUQUECA and the Tocomadera players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 39 played minutes AZUQUECA got a freekick which was hit by Froilan Dominic. Eriberto Ellande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Gimenez having to interfere. AZUQUECA's Reynaldo Gimenez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Veremundo in the 42nd minute of play. Eriberto Ellande struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Reynaldo Gimenez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tocomadera. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eriberto Ellande was the one to do the kick off. Eriberto Ellande recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reynaldo Gimenez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Veremundo in the 56th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, AZUQUECA's goal looked a bit too open when Eriberto Ellande came free, but Reynaldo Gimenez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the AZUQUECA defense, Eriberto Ellande kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reynaldo Gimenez. The AZUQUECA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reynaldo Gimenez should have stopped the shot. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind AZUQUECA's goalkeeper Reynaldo Gimenez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Tocomadera's Eriberto Ellande in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
