Spectators: 6619 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1619, VIP seats: 0) Celestino Elivareo made the kick off and thus started the match. Montserrat AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Godofredo Erauso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celestino Elivareo in the 19th minute of play forced Montserrat AFC's goalkeeper Hugo Rius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodosio Lluis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucio Admon having to interfere. After 28 played minutes Grünbein got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Elivareo. After a rather tough play, Grünbein's Angel Gaitan got a free kick in the 29th minute. Hugo Rius stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celestino Elivareo's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Montserrat AFC's zone, Cesar Bastiaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Rius came out of the goal and Cesar Bastiaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Benjamin Reno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Montserrat AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benjamin Reno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucio Admon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 44 minutes, Angel Gaitan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grünbein and the Montserrat AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Cesar Bastiaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benjamin Reno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th match minute, Grünbein was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anastasio Perrando to maneuver through the defense. Grünbein's Lucio Admon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Pacho in the 59th minute of play. A collision led to Montserrat AFC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Amadeo Intxixu hit a great ball. In the 61st minute of the match Artemio Tonete sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hugo Rius skillfully saved the ball. Paolo Inko kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Godofredo Erauso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grünbein's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Grünbein's Cesar Bastiaro got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cesar Bastiaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cesar Bastiaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Celestino Elivareo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Hugo Rius when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Grünbein's Victorio Savier got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the final whistle sounded Grünbein left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Montserrat AFC.
