Felix Belo came out and tried to block the shot, but Casimiro Lluc slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 11th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Jonas Maurino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felix Belo. Tehuelche's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonas Maurino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The Tehuelche fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Tehuelche's Casimiro Iraido looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Casimiro Iraido recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Tehuelche's goalkeeper Felix Belo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonas Maurino. Casimiro Iraido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Estevon having to interfere. Ambrosio Salomon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Casimiro Iraido made the kick off in the second half. Tadeo Ostargi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aldo Estevon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Iraido in the 53rd minute of play. After 54 minutes, Anibal Rubio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BOCA JUNIORS and the Tehuelche players grew even worse after the yellow card. Baldomiro Clementi's late challenge caught a BOCA JUNIORS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baldomiro Clementi helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Casimiro Iraido in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aldo Estevon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 66 minutes into the game, Casimiro Iraido lined in a short shot 2-4 behind a frustrated Aldo Estevon. After having played for 78 minutes, Casimiro Iraido managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tehuelche's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casimiro Iraido was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute, Ambrosio Salomon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Felix Belo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Lluc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 83 played minutes Tehuelche got a freekick which was hit by Hector Abaurre. After 85 played minutes Tehuelche got a freekick which was hit by Hector Abaurre. In the 94th minute, Timoteo Munio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The BOCA JUNIORS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tehuelche were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
