Manuel Carlomagno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aragonés FC. Ramon Odon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manuel Carlomagno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Filiberto Gombal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Manuel Carlomagno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Carlomagno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Odon in the 31st minute of play. After 42 minutes of play, Algarrobal's Emanuel Flores made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martin Martinez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Filiberto Gombal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ramon Odon to make the kick off. Aragonés FC's Martin Martinez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafin Odol in the 52nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Algarrobal's zone, Ramon Odon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Carlomagno came out of the goal and Ramon Odon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ramon Odon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Manuel Carlomagno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emanuel Flores sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filomeno Ursino charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filomeno Ursino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 71st match minute, Aragonés FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filomeno Ursino to maneuver through the defense. If Cosme Loi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuel Flores could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Martin Martinez made a huge save. Gavino Froylan hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Ramon Odon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Manuel Carlomagno having to make a save. Manuel Carlomagno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filiberto Gombal, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Algarrobal were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Aragonés FC's much stronger midfield.
