Teo Ondino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Paz having to interfere. Teo Ondino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes into the match, Ferreyra's goalkeeper Sixto Paz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benjamin Tartalo. Christian Dominix's late challenge caught a Ferreyra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christian Dominix helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, Christian Dominix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. But to his dismay, Teo Ondino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Teo Ondino's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sixto Paz firmly grabbed it by the left post. Sixto Paz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teo Ondino in the 33rd minute. In the 34thth minute of the game Christian Dominix who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ferreyra's Sixto Paz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teo Ondino got free with Sixto Paz in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Teo Ondino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, Ferreyra's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Mendiko came free, but Sixto Paz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Mendiko in the 44th minute of play forced Ferreyra's goalkeeper Sixto Paz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sixto Paz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Mendiko in the 46th minute of the match. If Tomas Mendiko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Tomas Mendiko made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Tomas Mendiko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Paz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55thth minute of the game Tomas Mendiko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ferreyra's Sixto Paz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Ferreyra's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Mendiko came free, but Sixto Paz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Mendiko couldn't finish the play. Tomas Mendiko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Ferreyra's Jorge Solustiano got a free kick in the 77th minute. Sixto Paz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teo Ondino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Mendiko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Paz having to interfere. Sixto Paz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Mendiko in the 87th minute of play. Sixto Paz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Mendiko went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Sixto Paz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Mendiko in the 93rd minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Hornillos FC had played much better football throughout.
