Astor Rojelio kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Errecaborda's Marciano Otoniel got a free kick in the 5th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximiliano Llorienzo in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alberto Eder saved Errecaborda from getting behind. In the 10th minute, Niceto Gaskon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute, Domingo Semeno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The QUIEN TE CONOCE PAPA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A collision led to Errecaborda getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Leon Emesto hit a great ball. QUIEN TE CONOCE PAPA's Mario Basajaun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save QUIEN TE CONOCE PAPA from getting a goal against them. Mario Basajaun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabio Tabor went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 40 minutes into the match, QUIEN TE CONOCE PAPA's goalkeeper Mario Basajaun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabio Tabor. If Godfredo Pelagius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 45 minutes, Donato Bartoli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the QUIEN TE CONOCE PAPA and the Errecaborda players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th minute, Donato Bartoli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Godfredo Pelagius to strike the kick off in the second half. Godfredo Pelagius's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mario Basajaun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. If Godfredo Pelagius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximiliano Llorienzo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alberto Eder read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godfredo Pelagius in the 60th minute of play forced QUIEN TE CONOCE PAPA's goalkeeper Mario Basajaun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Godfredo Pelagius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Basajaun having to interfere. After 66 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for QUIEN TE CONOCE PAPA! In the 67th minute there was a penalty for Errecaborda. Genaro Erruki stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Mario Basajaun. 2-1. If Domingo Semeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute Fabio Tabor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Basajaun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Godfredo Pelagius blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mario Basajaun having to make a save. QUIEN TE CONOCE PAPA's Mario Basajaun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Pelagius in the 82nd minute of play. Mario Basajaun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo Pelagius in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute, Fabio Tabor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mario Basajaun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfredo Pelagius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute Fabio Tabor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Basajaun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Eder was a little too slow when Domingo Semeno got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 2-2. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
