Juan Nataniel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Aquilino Urki made a huge save. In the 16th minute, Juan Nataniel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aquilino Urki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Aquilino Urki successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gogo Pacho to strike the kick off in the second half. Recalde AFC's Aquilino Urki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Nataniel in the 51st minute of play. Aquilino Urki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Nataniel in the 61st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Recalde AFC's zone, Maximino Ihazintu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquilino Urki came out of the goal and Maximino Ihazintu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Juan Nataniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Recalde AFC's Aquilino Urki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Pacho in the 70th minute of play. Aquilino Urki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gogo Pacho in the 72nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gogo Pacho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aquilino Urki was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. After 75 played minutes Recalde AFC got a freekick which was hit by Desiderio Tulio. In the 88th minute, Gogo Pacho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gogo Pacho's late challenge caught a Recalde AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gogo Pacho helped the player get up and apologised. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Gastona AFC had played much better football throughout.
