Fulgencio Roldan was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 14 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute there was a penalty for Manchester United Bel. FC. Ladislao Paulin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Federico Pes. 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in METEGOL's zone, Eleuterio Heli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Federico Pes came out of the goal and Eleuterio Heli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 31 minutes into the game, Manchester United Bel. FC's Augusto Nofre nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Federico Pes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 35thth minute of the game Augusto Nofre who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but METEGOL's Federico Pes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 42nd minute Augusto Nofre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Pes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eleuterio Heli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Pes having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgard Atauri to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, METEGOL's goal looked a bit too open when Eleuterio Heli came free, but Federico Pes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 57 minutes, Zacarias Clis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manchester United Bel. FC and the METEGOL players grew even worse after the yellow card. The goalkeeper, Federico Pes, was totally fooled by Manchester United Bel. FC's Ladislao Paulin, who 75 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Edgard Atauri might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Romeo Garikoitz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edgard Atauri ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, METEGOL's Federico Pes got control of the ball when Augusto Nofre tried to sneak it across the goal line.
