In the 16th minute, Gabriel Chepe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Julio Heli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salvador Olentzaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Heli in the 19th minute of the match. Sergio Theodore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salvador Olentzaro came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Bones FC's Julio Heli. But to his dismay, Julio Heli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 29 minutes into the match, Los bichitos's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Heli came free, but Salvador Olentzaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Sergio Theodore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Heli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Salvador Olentzaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Bones FC's zone, Gabriel Chepe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Primitivo Maju came out of the goal and Gabriel Chepe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gabriel Chepe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Primitivo Maju didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sergio Chuan went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 42nd minute, Los bichitos's Sixto Clodio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Primitivo Maju. Primitivo Maju yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Salvador Olentzaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Theodore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julio Heli to make the kick off. If Gabriel Chepe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bones FC's Sergio Theodore got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Los bichitos's Gabriel Chepe in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bones FC's goalie prevented a goal. Gabriel Chepe struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Primitivo Maju didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los bichitos. Salvador Olentzaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sergio Theodore in the 69th minute. Primitivo Maju made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Chepe in the 71st minute of play. In the 74th minute Julio Heli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Olentzaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute of the match, Sergio Theodore got a very nice opportunity to score, but Salvador Olentzaro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Los bichitos's Sergio Chuan got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sergio Chuan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the game, Gabriel Chepe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los bichitos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bones FC the free kick. After 82 played minutes Los bichitos got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Chepe. Sergio Theodore could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Salvador Olentzaro made a huge save. Primitivo Maju took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Chepe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Gabriel Chepe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Los bichitos's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
