Dionisio Florin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Caitano having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patricio Haimar in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristo Caitano saved Ballester AFC from getting behind. Cristo Caitano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dionisio Florin in the 14th minute of the match. When Silvano Feo fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ballester AFC's protests and gave Silvano Feo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ballester AFC's Silvano Feo got a free kick in the 15th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Patricio Haimar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tancacha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Haimar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristo Caitano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anselmo Tauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Gustau having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Isidoro Gustau successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Dionisio Florin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patricio Haimar in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristo Caitano saved Ballester AFC from getting behind. 36 minutes into the match, Ballester AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Haimar came free, but Cristo Caitano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Anselmo Tauro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Anselmo Tauro came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Ballester AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Tauro couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Isidoro Gustau stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Generoso Christobal's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Ballester AFC's Cristo Caitano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Ballester AFC from getting a goal against them. 62 minutes into the match, Tancacha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Generoso Christobal came free, but Isidoro Gustau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Generoso Christobal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ballester AFC's Cristo Caitano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Ballester AFC from getting a goal against them. Ballester AFC's Silvano Feo got his second yellow card of the match in the 71st minute. The referee ordered Silvano Feo off the ground. After 72 played minutes Ballester AFC got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Feo. Cristo Caitano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Haimar in the 73rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Tancacha FC's zone, Generoso Christobal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidoro Gustau came out of the goal and Generoso Christobal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90th minute, Jacinto Cordeal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tancacha FC's Isidoro Gustau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Clemencin in the 91st minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tancacha FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
