Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Retamal's zone, Hector Bartoli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfonso Birjaio came out of the goal and Hector Bartoli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hector Bartoli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Birjaio having to interfere. Alfonso Birjaio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Benino in the 21st minute of play. Alfonso Birjaio came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Chepes's Hector Bartoli. But to his dismay, Hector Bartoli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 25th minute, Marcelino Che hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfonso Birjaio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melquiades Benino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hector Bartoli took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfonso Birjaio. Alfonso Birjaio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 34 played minutes Retamal got a freekick which was hit by Jose Sabin. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonides Baristo during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Chepes booed when Retamal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonides Baristo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Melquiades Benino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melquiades Benino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Alfonso Birjaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hector Bartoli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Retamal players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chepes were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Melquiades Benino to strike the kick off in the second half. Norberto Luzea succeeded in the game's 52nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. After 55 played minutes Chepes got a freekick which was hit by Hector Bartoli. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jose Sabin during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 59th match minute, Retamal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Sabin to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes in the game, Melquiades Benino fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Alfonso Birjaio having to interfere. In the last second Alfonso Birjaio throw himself and got hold of the ball when Melquiades Benino in the 64thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 66th minute, Melquiades Benino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alfonso Birjaio. The goal made the score 1-3. Cristobal Orain kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After having played for 76 minutes, Norberto Luzea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Retamal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norberto Luzea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abelardo Lleir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Luzea in the 80th minute of the match. Guaberto Domenec hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Jose Sabin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Retamal's supporters rose to their feet, but Jose Sabin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Lleir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Norberto Luzea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abelardo Lleir was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Melquiades Benino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Alfonso Birjaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melquiades Benino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Birjaio having to interfere.
