Martin Belarmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Generoso Abadie, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Montrell in the 23rd minute of play forced Tuizón's goalkeeper Martin Belarmo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivan Theodore during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Tuizón's zone, Guido Montrell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Belarmo came out of the goal and Guido Montrell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Generoso Abadie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Martin Belarmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tuizón's Martin Belarmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Montrell in the 39th minute of play. A collision led to Mendoza City F.C getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Ivan Theodore hit a great ball. In the 47th minute, Angelino Ixidor sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Mendoza City F.C's Serafin Manuelo didn't even have to move.

Serafin Manuelo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Gau in the 52nd minute of the match. After 56 minutes Mendoza City F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Angelino Ixidor who took care of the corner kick. In the 58th match minute, Mendoza City F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariano Chuse to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute, Angelino Ixidor sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Mendoza City F.C's Serafin Manuelo didn't even have to move. Generoso Abadie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelino Ixidor, 78 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Oscar Gau blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Serafin Manuelo having to make a save. Guido Montrell received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Martin Belarmo came out and tried to block the shot, but Guido Montrell slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 93rd minute.
